This is the home page for the Model Boat Club of NSW.
The purpose of this site is to inform all those people who have an interest in
Model Power Boating and some information on Model Boat Racing here in Sydney and Australia.
Boats these days are typically timber built, ABS or fibreglass construction
and set up to run in certain engine and hull classes.
Boats are controlled by means of radio control with either a stick or wheel radio.
Not every meeting is a race meeting so check the calendar and come out and join us everyone is welcome.

Upcoming Interclub Challenge Dates and Info
After some time the MBC of NSW and the Hunter Valley Club
have again put together the Interclub Challenge.
Rnd 1 is at HV on the 21st of Feb,
This will be double points for our club championship.
Practice from 8am entried from 9am and racing from 9.30am.
Entry Fee is $4.00 for first boat and $2.00 for every boat after that.
Rnd 2 will be at Penrith.14th March 2010
Entries from 8.30am practice from 9am and racing from 9.45 (subject to change)
Entry Fee is $10.00 flat for as many boats as you can bring.
